Last Tuesday I got invited to visit the west elm Fenway store for a private party to view their new Market line. As some of you probably already know I am a HUGE west elm fan and purchase from them frequently! I was thrilled when I got invited to pre-event meet and greet with their Creative Director Vanessa Holden, who was the former editor-and-chief of Martha Stewart Living.
Vanessa was amazing and answered all of our questions about the products and design inspiration. We sipped wine and tasted some delicious passed apps such as a fig and prosciutto pizza bites and tuna tartare.
west elm Market features products and tools for your kitchen, garden, laundry, bath and more! They have some gourmet food items as well.
These flowers are made out of paper. How beautiful are they?
I attended the event with Lauren, my best friend since childhood. Lauren is the creator and event planner behind Lauren Wells Events.
Check her out- her work is AH-MA-ZING.
A portion of any purchases made that night went towards Future Chef’s which is a organization that helps urban youths in Greater Boston prepare for early employment and post-secondary education opportunities in the culinary field.
My purchases included these adorable pot scrubber and salt container:
And this beautiful succulent plant and silver dish:
